National Pipe & Plastics President Dave Culbertson has purchased all shares of the PVC waterworks pipe manufacturer from Sojitz Corp. of New York. Sojitz resulted from the merger of the Japanese U.S. subsidiary Nissho Iwai American Corp. and the trading company Nichimen America Inc.
