Ferguson (Newport News, Va.) named Stan Allen area manager for Oregon and southwest Washington. He had been president/general manager of the Los Angeles branch. Also, Ferguson promoted Brad Kozel to president/general manager of its Saginaw, Mich., location, and Johnny Tugwell to president/general manager of the Charleston, W.Va., branch. Kozel had been manager at a satellite to the Saginaw branch; Tugwell was manager of the satellite at Myrtle Beach, S.C.
