As a result of re-engineering and redesigning, all Danze Roman tub faucets now follow a common platform rough-in valve system. This system is standard across all eight product collections, with trim available to fit the new rough-in valves. The valves are available in two styles - a pre-assembled 10-inch on-center option and a “widespread” version.
Both designs provide combination 1/2-inch copper/IPS hook up, enabling installers to use a variety of piping hook-ups and simplifying inventory issues. The new rough-ins can be installed in decks up to 3-1/2 inches thick.
The changes were made for the sake of improved performance and ease of installation, according to Jeff Pratt, vice president of sales.
