Mincron Software Systems and Magnatron, a provider of integrated, industrial strength software to small- and medium-sized wholesale distribution companies, announced a joint marketing agreement. The agreement will combine activities between the companies. These include: a joint telemarketing effort from Mincron's headquarters; sharing leads and referrals; cross-licensing Mincron's signature capture/proof of delivery and Magnatron's belting modules; and identifying joint development projects.

Magnatron is headquartered in Knoxville, Tenn., and Mincron is based in Houston.
