Tyco International appointed communications vice presidents for two of its core business segments. James Pomeroy will oversee all strategic marketing and communications at Tyco Engineered Products & Services, and Gwen Fisher will lead the marketing and communications operations at Tyco Plastics & Adhesives, replacing Pomeroy. Fisher had been director of corporate media relations.
