Armstrong Pumps named Craig Toth purchasing manager. Toth worked in procurement positions for Ferro Corp., BOC Edwards and Occidental Chemical. The company also named Jason Anascavage district sales manager - commercial design/build in New York City. Most recently he was sales manager, new construction of Honeywell, and he has also held positions with Victaulic, BF Goodrich and Tyco International.
