Ferguson Enterprises (Newport News, Va.) appointed Victor Hernandez president and general manager of the Salinas, Calif., branch. He joined the company as a trainee with the company in 1988 and was named vice president of sales in 1998. Most recently he was manager of the City of Industry, Calif., satellite.
Shepard
The company also named Hunter Shepard president and general manager of the Northwest AirCold branch. Most recently he was president and general manager of the Charleston, W. Va., branch. He also worked as manager of the Huntington, W. Va., satellite, and as operations manager and general manager of the company's Lyon Conklin division in Philadelphia. He has completed the parent company's Wolseley Darden School of Business Executive Development program and is a past recipient of the company's corporate leadership award.
