The World Plumbing Council elected Mary Garvelink, president of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors - National Association, as U.S. voting representative during its 7th annual World Plumbing Conference held March 2-6 in Auckland, New Zealand. She will serve a three-year term.
