Raymond Torok has been named president of U.S. Pipe & Foundry. He had been serving as an operating partner at Red Diamond Capital, a private equity firm.

Prior to that, Torok served as interim president at Golden Casting Corp., a foundry operation producing engineered precision castings. From 1994-2003, he was president & CEO at Cold Metal Products, a steel production company, and at Philadelphia Gear Corp. He also worked for more than 25 years at ALCOA, rising to vice president and general manager of ALCOA's Aerospace Division.
