Basco announced that Jason DeBruer, the company's technical specialist, was recently named to Glass Magazine's “20 Under 40” List, a national report recognizing 20 leaders under the age of 40 who have contributed measurable achievements in the glass industry. The 28-year-old DeBruer teaches and develops and updates the curriculum for the company's “Basco University,” a hands-on training program regarding the proper techniques and methods for installing glass shower doors and enclosures, including its line of Celesta Luxury Glass Enclosures. He also created instruction manuals and measuring guides for the company's Celesta line of shower enclosures. He has updated the Celesta Selection guide for distributors and has created easy-to-use documents and forms for Basco's technical and customer service groups to reduce or eliminate down time during phone calls. He also assists Basco customers with measuring, quotes and approval of drawings.
