Pal Publications released the HVAC Technician Certification Exam Guide. Norm Christopherson, senior training specialist of York International Corp.'s Unitary Products Group (UPG), authored the guide. The 200-page book covers air conditioning, air distribution, heat pumps, gas heat and electricity. It also reviews customer relations, vocabulary, grammar, math, safety issues and codes. The book provides an overview of the NATE, RSES, HVAC Excellence and ICE testing organizations and their approaches to HVAC exams. It is available through York distributors.
