Wholesaler Palermo Supply Co., based in Bergenfield, N.J., named Steven Criscuolo president. He is the first person outside of the Palermo family to hold that position since the company was founded 78 years ago.
Criscuolo joined the company in 2002 as chief financial officer and has continued to assume additional responsibilities since that time. He succeeds Tom Palermo, who has assumed the position of CEO.
Palermo Supply has 10 locations, nine showrooms and two distribution centers serving the New Jersey and New York metro area. The company inventories more than 30,000 items and services a wide range of markets including new construction, renovations, realty management, retail sale and wholesale distribution.
