The GEN-EAR™ is an acoustical leak detection system to locate leaks in PVC, cast iron, copper and steel lines. The system's digital spectrum analyzer, with 16 audio filter combinations, removes ambient noise interfering with accurate leak detection. It has a ground sensor that pinpoints problems through hard surfaces such as concrete, asphalt or tile, and a probe sensor that locates leaks beneath soft surfaces such as grass or carpet.
