American Plumbing and Mechanical (AMPAM) announced its emergence from Chapter 11 and said its plan of reorganization has been effectuated. The reorganized AMPAM will consist of five independent operating subsidiaries: RCR Cos., with locations in southern California, Sacramento, Calif., and Las Vegas; LDI Mechanical, with locations in California, Nevada, Colorado and Maryland; Christianson Air Conditioning and Plumbing, with locations in Austin, Dallas and San Antonio, Texas; Parks Mechanical, based in southern California; and Power Plumbing L.P., based in Houston.
