In May, the Foundation introduced a completely revised edition of the third of its three introductory ProductPro™ Product Knowledge courses. New employees can now start with Introduction to Pipe, Valves and Fittings; move on to Steel, Stainless Steel and Iron Pipe and Fittings, and then round out their basic knowledge with Copper Tube and Plastic Pipe and Fittings.
