LENOX promoted Bob Heisner, formerly vice president of marketing, to company president. He succeeds Bill Burke, who has been promoted to group president of Newell Rubbermaid's North American Tool Group. Heisner has been with the company two years, but has 20 years of tool, hardware and home improvement marketing and sales experience.
