Chicago Faucets was named Interline Partner of the Year in the plumbing division at the recent Interline Partnership Conference held in Jacksonville, Fla. More than 400 suppliers attended the event, along with more than 400 employees of Interline Brands. Keith Kramer, president of Chicago Faucets, along with Phyllis Weinberg, customer service manager, and Paul Day, director of national accounts, sales, attended. The criteria for the award is based on a combination of things, including service levels, shipping, product quality, correct processing of billing and credits, marketing, customer service availability, new product sales, overall sales and programs that work with Interline to create new business opportunities.
