Northwest Pipe Co. reported second quarter sales of $64.4 million and net income of $2.1 million, compared with $75.1 million and net income of $3.1 million in the same period of 2001. Six-month sales were at $128.6 million, compared with $138.7 million in 2001, while net income dropped to $3.93 million, compared with $5.4 million.
