Elkay celebrated the grand opening of its 106,000-sq.-ft. Elkay West facility in Ogden, Utah, in January with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, luncheon and plant tours. The new facility is in a business and industrial park located about 40 miles north of Salt Lake City.

The new facility is in a business and industrial park located about 40 miles north of Salt Lake City. It replaces the company's former 40,000-sq.-ft. facility at 160 W. 28th Street in Ogden. All 76 employees from the prior location have been retained. The new facility manufactures and ships stainless steel single and double-basin sinks in various sizes and also serves as a regional distribution center for some of Elkay's other product lines.
