ThermaSol awarded Jim Van Landingham, its national sales manager since 2003, with the “David Altman Team Member of the Year Award” at its annual holiday party in December. David Altman, who founded ThermaSol in 1958, was a hands-on worker, inventor and businessman. Van Landingham joined ThermaSol in 1995 as a marketing manager. The company recognized his exceptional work ethic and consistent ability to produce positive results. Mitch Altman, president/CEO of ThermaSol, said he was a driving force behind the company's expansion.
