Hansgrohe announced Russ A. Wheeler is the new president of Hansgrohe-North America, the company's largest subsidiary. He succeeds Chris Marshall, who was promoted in August 2005 within the Masco Corp.

Wheeler served as vice president of sales for Your “Other” Warehouse (YOW) in Baton Rouge, LA, from 2000 to the present. Prior to that, from 1992-2001, he held various sales, marketing, customer service and leadership roles with Georgia-Pacific Corp. and Jacuzzi Whirlpool Bath.

In other news, Hansgrohe Brand Manager Richard Grohe, grandson of company founder Hans Grohe, has been elected to the board of directors at Hansgrohe AG, the parent company of Hansgrohe-North America. He will be responsible for key account management as well as the Hansgrohe brand on the board. Grohe has worked at Hansgrohe AG since 1992. He joins his father, Klaus Grohe, CEO, as the second member of the founding family on the board.
