Sun Pipe and Valves, LLC, a multi-line stocking wholesale distributor of industrial PVF and waterworks products, has opened in the Saint Lucie West, FL, industrial area. Formed in 2005, the distribution company operates out of a $2 million, three-and-a-half-acre, 35,000-sq-ft. facility and warehouse.

Sun Pipe and Valves will focus on serving fire sprinkler, air conditioning, underground utilities, gas and irrigation contractors and subcontractors, as well as repair facilities and the public sector throughout the South-Central portion of Florida. This will include prospects from the Palm Beaches as far north as Melbourne.

Rand Calender, manager, will lead a team of 12 employees.
