In other news, the company hired William B. Gerraughty Jr. as senior vice president and chief financial officer. He will be responsible for overseeing all financial and treasury functions for the company, as well as driving business development and M&A activities. Anthony Mandaro was appointed vice president of professional services, while Christopher Ryan was named vice president of marketing. Everest also named Scott Kolbenz director of channel sales. His responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies that enable Everest's channel partners to build a substantial revenue stream selling Everest® Advanced licenses and providing related services.
