Rheem Manufacturing Co.said that Ian Stewart Farwell has accepted the position of president and CEO, succeeding Scott D. Martin, who recently left the company to pursue other business opportunities. A veteran of nearly 30 years with Rheem, Farwell has served as general manager of Rheem Canada, president of the Water Heating Division, and president of the Air Conditioning Division. He became executive vice president and chief operating officer of Rheem Manufacturing in 2002 before retiring last summer.
