Spirax Sarco Inc. (SSI) has acquired majority interest in UltraPure Group Ltd. Inc., a Florida-based company that manufactures pure steam generators and water stills for the bio-pharmaceutical industry. The company has been renamed Spirax UltraPure, LLC, and has joined SSI as a business unit within Spirax Sarco Engineering plc.

Nigel Sewell, northeast regional sales manager for SSI, has relocated to Florida as president and general manager of Spirax UltraPure.
