A.O. Smith Water Products Co. named M. Jay Harms to the newly created position of vice president - service operations and customer satisfaction. Harms brings more than 37 years of water heater experience to this position. He rejoined A.O. Smith in 2006 after nearly 10 years as executive vice president of sales and marketing with American Water Heater. From 1981 until 1996, he was the vice president of sales and marketing for A.O. Smith Water Products Co.
