EZ Trap Inc. and SlimDuct Inc. have merged with Airtec Products Corp. and will operate under the Airtec name. The former EZ Trap facility in Edison, NJ, has been closed and consolidated into the Airtec facility in Fall River, MA. Gerry Spanger, former president of EZ Trap, retains an equity position as a principal in the combined company as vice president of marketing and sales. Lou Laroche, former national sales mManager for EZ Trap, will continue in the same capacity with Airtec. Michael Moore and Scott Barboza will be responsible for manufacturing, logistics, and operations at the Fall River, MA, facility.
