NCWA: The North Central Wholesalers Association (ASA Region 4), which includes wholesalers in Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, western Pennsylvania and West Virginia, reported on business conditions for March and the first quarter of 2007. The average for all 34 firms reporting showed sales down 2.39% for the month of March and down 1.18% for the quarter. The median for the 34 companies was -5.80% for the month and -4.35% for the quarter. These 34 wholesalers represent about 125 locations in the region.
