Ferguson  (Newport News, VA) acquired the assets of Kandall Fabricating & Supply Corp. KF Industries, LLC, Passaic, NJ, from David Kandall and Patrick Conklin in October. Kandall is a fabricator and distributor of fire sprinkler systems serving contractors primarily in New Jersey and the New York City metropolitan area. Pat Conklin, the former vice president, will remain as general manager. This acquisition expands Ferguson’s fire and fabrication footprint further into the Northeast.

In December, Ferguson acquired the assets of both Onda-Lay Pipe & Rental and T’N’T Sales, trading as Page’s Appliances. Onda-Lay distributes polyethylene pipe products, fibreglass pipe products and provides installation services from its three locations: Midland, TX; Hobbs, NM; and Damascus, AR. Pages is an independent appliance dealer operating from Albuquerque and Santa Fe, Central New Mexico.
