Oatey Co. acquired the William H. Harvey Co., a manufacturer and distributor of plumbing specialty products.

William H. Harvey Co. will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Oatey Co. The sale includes Harvey’s headquarters and manufacturing facility in Omaha. Both companies are privately held. Terms were not disclosed. No immediate changes are planned in the way either company serves its customers. Oatey markets products under the brand names Oatey, Cherne, Dearborn Brass and Hercules. Harvey markets products for the OEM, wholesale, and hardware and building supply retail markets under the brand name Harvey and various private labels.
