Hart & Cooley Inc. appointed Bernard Roy as president of the company. He will be responsible for the operations, engineering, sales and marketing of all brands for Hart & Cooley, American Metal Products Group and Commercial Products Group. His most recent position was general manager for Lennox Industries.
