Bosch has acquired all shares of FHP Manufacturing Co. from a group of investors for an undisclosed price. FHP manufactures electric water-source heat pumps for the heating and air conditioning of residential buildings and commercial premises. FHP will be integrated into the Thermotechnology division led by BBT Thermotechnik GmbH.
