Ferguson (Newport News, VA) acquired all of the issued and outstanding stock of Grif-Fab Corp., Commerce City, CO, in an asset transaction completed Feb. 5. Grif-Fab fabricates and distributes fire suppression systems and products to contractors mostly in the Southwest. The company also operates fabrication shops in Kingman, AZ, and Albuquerque, NM. The Commerce City satellite will be managed by Ed Chitwood; the Albuquerque and Kingman satellites will be managed by Dave Olivas and Loren Ritchie, respectively.
