On October 19th, more than 40 members of the North Central Wholesalers Association (NCWA) were treated to a lunch and facilities tour at Robertson Heating Supply Company in Alliance, Ohio.

Robertson hosted the event, which began with a company overview presentation in their state-of-the-art training center, with company president, Scott Robertson, presiding. Later, the group was split into two for a comprehensive tour of the facility, which serves as the company’s corporate headquarters as well as a distribution center for a multitude of branch locations. The tour lasted longer than expected because of the many questions being asked by participants, and was followed by an enjoyable lunch.

The participants expressed their gratitude to Robertson executives for their hospitality and open sharing of information, noting they were impressed by the design and operational efficiency of the facility.
