Eljer introduced the Power 1G™ toilet featuring an elongated rim. It only requires 1.1 gallons (four liters) of water per flush, significantly lower than the government regulation of 1.6 gallons. The Power 1G is a close-coupled, two-piece toilet that gets its powerful flush from the Flushmate IV®, which is a small, quiet pressure-assisted flushing system. The toilet's performance is enhanced by a siphon jet bowl and a 2-1/8-inch fully glazed trapway.
