Moen Inc. announced several executive changes. Mike Bauer was named vice president and general manager, Retail Business Unit. Formerly, he was Moen’s senior director of wholesale marketing. Todd Teter was appointed vice president and general manager, Wholesale Business Unit. Most recently he was vice president and general manager, Retail Business Unit. Steve Janus was hired as vice president of sales for the Retail Business Unit and Tim Shearer was promoted to senior director, national accounts. Janus most recently was vice president of sales and business development at ICI Glidden. Shearer will continue his current duties of managing sales initiatives for Ferguson Enterprises (Newport News, VA), but also will manage and implement sales strategies within Moen’s single-family builder segment. Formerly Shearer has worked for both Ferguson and WinWholesale in strategic account manager positions.
