One college and three U.S. and Canadian companies that recently won awards for their innovative building designs and projects specifically cited their use of Sloan Valve Co.'s plumbing products as being part of their respective success stories.

These four companies won awards in two categories:

1. Design Award, Citation of Excellence:

• Behrakis Student Center/Northern Essex Community College, Haverhill, MA, submitted by Luna Design Group, Lynnfield, MA.

2. Project Innovations Award:

• Gowlings Building, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, submitted by Wilson, Blanchard Management Inc., Hamilton.

• Rockwell Collins Engineering Office Building, Bldg.130, Cedar Rapids, IA, submitted by Rockwell.

• WFC Inc. corporate office, LaVerne, CA, submitted by WF Construction Inc., LaVerne.
