Basco Shower Enclosures announced that Robert Dieckman, vice president of finance and chief financial officer, was named CFO of the Year in the small private company category in an award competition sponsored by the Cincinnati Business Courier. Dieckman, who joined Basco in 1997, was nominated by a partner at the company’s accounting firm.
