Flowserve Corp. announced that the company has entered into an employment extension agreement with its president and CEO, Lewis Kling. Under the extension, Kling has agreed to be available to serve in this capacity until Feb. 28, 2010, when he turns age 65. Prior to the extension, Kling’s agreement was subject to expiration in 2008.

The company also announced that Kyle Ahlfinger has been named vice president and chief marketing officer. Ahlfinger most recently served as vice president of marketing for the Flowserve Flow Control Division.
