Bock Water Heaters appointed Terrence Mullen president/CEO. He joined the company in 2003 as chief operating officer. He succeeds Donna Sheehan, who has been named director of customer relations. During her 40-year career at Bock, Sheehan was instrumental in the company’s transition from privately held to ESOP ownership.
