ITC Revokes OCTG Duties
The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) on
May 31 decided to revoke the existing antidumping duty orders on imports of oil
country tubular goods from Argentina, Italy, Japan, Korea and Mexico. The
action occurred under the five-year (sunset) review process required by the
Uruguay Round Agreements Act.
