ITC Continues Germany Sanctions, But Not Argentina, Brazil
The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has voted to extend the
existing antidumping duty order on certain seamless carbon and alloy steel
standard, line and pressure pipe from Germany, but not on these products from
Argentina and Brazil. The action, taken April 19, came under the five-year
(sunset) review process required by the Uruguay Round Agreements Act, which was
instituted on June 1, 2006.
