Tyco International named Patrick Decker president of Tyco Flow Control. Decker joined Tyco in May 2003 as the chief financial officer of Tyco’s Plastics & Adhesives business. He has been serving as chief financial officer for the Tyco Engineered Products and Services (TEPS) segment of the company since January 2005.

He worked closely with the Tyco Flow Control and Thermal Control businesses, which represented a very significant part of the TEPS portfolio. He also collaborated with Tyco Flow Control’s leadership in the development of the Evolution to Excellence strategic initiative and related imperatives.
