J.H. Larson Co. held a grand re-opening of its Pahl’s Kitchen & Bath showroom in Watertown, SD, Oct. 5. The showroom underwent a full interior and exterior transformation while remaining open for business. The redesign was intended to create a warm, inviting atmosphere that would make the customer feel she or he is walking into a home.The new 2,500-sq.-ft. showroom includes a 360-sq.-ft. area of working displays featuring a Grohe custom shower, MAAX pre-plumbed shower, air tub/whirlpool combination tubs, TOTO toilets and more.
Throughout the showroom LCD flat screen monitors hang on walls and columns displaying informative product marketing videos and vendor advertisements.
J.H. Larson, an independent plumbing, electrical and HVAC wholesaler, has eight branches and six Pahl’s showrooms in Minnesota, Wisconsin and South Dakota.

Morrison Supply hosted a grand opening party Oct. 18 at its newly remodeled 18,000-sq.-ft. showroom in Houston, TX. Guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres prepared by corporate chefs from Sub-Zero-Wolf, Gaggeneau and Viking in the fully designed and functional kitchen models.The redesigned “destination” showroom showcases the latest design options so builders, designers, architects, developers and homeowners can visualize how items will look in a space, according to Joel Selzer, national sales manager. Plumbing brands carried are Kohler, Dornbracht, Duravit, Kallista, Grohe, Phylrich, Showhouse by Moen, Brizo, Altmans and Bain Ultra, and hardware lines include Baldwin, Valli & Valli, Rocky Mountain and Stone River. A KWC waterstation, a multi-function integrated work center, is a focal point in one of the kitchen vignettes.
Morrison operates more than 30 residential plumbing showrooms throughout the Southwest.
