First Supply LLC (Madison, WI) acquired the assets of H.W. Theis Co., which operated three locations in Brookfield, Burlington and Oshkosh, WI. H.W. Theis, a Wisconsin-based, family-owned plumbing distribution company, has been in business for more than 80 years. This increases the number of First Supply locations to 23.

The acquisition includes a nearly 3,000-sq.-ft. registered Kohler showroom in Brookfield. Kevin Miller, general manager of First Supply’s Greater Milwaukee area locations, will oversee the Brookfield and Burlington facilities, while Ron Cherney, general manager of the Fox Valley locations, will direct operations of the Oshkosh facility.
