Briefs… China Steel Output Hits Record 40 Million Tons in March
China’s steel output hit a new record in March of 40.16 million tons of
steel, according to the country’s National Bureau of Statistics. The output was
said to be 20.4% higher than a year earlier and 11.13% higher than in February.
