Heat Transfer Products announced the retirement of Southeastern and Midwestern U.S. Sales Manager Clifford S. Greaves after more than 17 years of service to the company. Greaves will continue to serve as a special consultant. The company also announced five promotions and appointments: Steve Wilson has been promoted from Mid-Atlantic and Western regional sales manager to sales and marketing manager; John Sawyer has been promoted from Eastern regional sales manager to technical training manager; Chuck Shaw, formerly manager of training and technical services, has been named Eastern regional technical training manager; Dale Townsend was named Western regional technical training manager; and Bryan Howes was named technical support manager.
