Jensen Industries, a division of Broan-NuTone LLC, acquired key assets of the Triangle Bath Cabinet and Accessories Division from the Solar Group, a subsidiary of Gibraltar Industries. Both companies’ plant operations will be consolidated into Broan-NuTone’s Cleburne, TX, facility. The integration of the two companies’ customer service centers should be completed by the end of November, but until then, Jensen and Triangle customers will continue to be serviced by their individual field sales reps.
