HD Supply (Atlanta) promoted Steve Chesnut to vice president, sales and market development within the Plumbing/HVAC Division. Most recently, he has served as director of strategic business development. He joined HD Supply Plumbing/HVAC in May 2005 as chief financial officer for Apex. In his new position he will also be responsible for national account sales and marketing and will lead company-wide efforts to improve sales force effectiveness.
Also, HD Supply appointed Mark Jamieson senior vice president and chief financial officer. Most recently he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Ryder Systems. Prior to that he was CFO at Sammons Enterprises. He spent 29 years at General Electric, including serving as president and CEO of GE Insurance Co.
Interim CFO Vidya Chauhan will continue to serve as vice president, strategic business development and integration.
