Mueller Water Products Inc. announced that Dale Smith will continue as CEO of Mueller Co. until the end of its fiscal year 2008. The company had previously announced his retirement was scheduled for December 2007. As part of a transition plan, Doyce Gaskin has been promoted to president of Mueller Co., reporting to Smith.
